Stephanie at Jam was very quick to respond to our initial enquiry so from the word go Jam were incredibly facilitating and seemed to have the answers and solutions to almost all of our concerns (I mean each and every member of the groom’s family’s concerns). As if it isn’t hard enough taking on a South Asian wedding , dealing with the family is something Stephanie did fantastically despite the challenges we threw at her. Stephanie handles each and every problem like a truly professional problem solver and in our case she also did so like an extended member of our family I am proud to say. This in actual fact was her best quality and under the circumstances, where we thought our money had extracted best value lol. We had discovered a new family member throughout this wedding, not just a friend or a wedding planner. This I believe is what set her apart from her competition. Thank you for everything.

Nadia was simply relentless in her approach , didn’t know how to give up, or to stop or to say no.
I don’t believe she even slept a full hour throughout the three day event. We had never seen anything like it. What a true asset to Jam she is. And clearly, she brought with her a wealth of experience in South Asian weddings, so she managed the entire family’s expectations, just as flawlessly under the solid guidance of her experienced Boss. The difference was Nadia just new instinctively what to do or say next without having to constantly ask as planners sometimes do if information and requirements are scarce and time is of the essence. So most meetings with Nadia were really just made up of firm recommendations and confirmations of good alternative proposals. This was impressive to say the least as was her outstanding work ethic, this girl is going places. Thank you for everything.

Without Fatima we would have been totally lost and disorganised. Her meticulous ability in IT and people management skills under clear and concise instructions provided by both her seniors (Nadia & Stephanie) as well as her distinct ability to listen and to pay real attention to the most minute of details, actually allowed for the logistical process of the entire event over the three days, to go as smoothly as one could have hoped and prayed for. A seriously talented micro manager with an amazing future ahead. Nothing major nor minor was missed on your watch at our cost. Thank you for everything.

Raza, a truly calm, collected and reasonable (numbers and money) man. Thank you for being incredibly patient with our requests and for allowing us the time to process the finance part easily, stress and hassle free. We really do appreciate your input on bridging the gap in any cultural misunderstandings and were very grateful for your patience.

All in all, this was a truly amazing experience and this particular event planning firm made that possible for not only the bride and groom, but also for both families and their guests.
