## How planning with JAM works

1. Free consultation in person, by email or on WhatsApp. Share the date, guest count, venue (if chosen), programme of the day(s), approximate budget and mood images.
2. Free budget estimate and itemised quotation. No fixed packages; items can be added, removed or swapped.
3. Planner fee confirms the booking.
4. Mood board, then a custom 3D design of the venue and stage, refined with the couple.
5. 50% of production costs two months before the wedding (earlier if decor is ordered from abroad).
6. Final guest count confirmed; balance due two weeks before the wedding.
7. Wedding day managed on site by the JAM team.

Changes to decor or services are welcome until items have been ordered or paid for.
